de Restaurantes y Alimentos Condimentados (Canirac) in Mazatlán said yesterday

year.

The constant flow of tourists into the city has put a halt to the annual layoffs of waiters and staff during the summer months of August through October when in previous years tourism was at its lowest ebb.
