After closing its location on Av. Camarón Sabalo two years ago, a new Holiday Inn financed by Mexican and Spanish investors will be constructed in the Marina beginning next week.

According to investor Luis Blanco Caballero, the project is expected to cost $40 million dollars.
The hotel will offer 180 rooms, 200 apartments and a commercial plaza.

Blanco Caballero mentioned to media yesterday that the project was finalized during a meeting with Sinaloa Governor Mario López Valdez during which the Governor expressed the necessity of beginning the project as soon as possible with the goal of opening the hotel during December this year.

The hotel will be built on 1.5 hectares in the Marina Zone facing the Mazatlán Marina.
