Two New Developments Presented to the Public

Two new developments were unveiled in the city yesterday, one commercial and one a condominium project.
The commercial development on 7,000 square meters of land named Plaza Laguna will begin construction today on Av. Reforma beside the Laguna de Camarón. Developers Grupo SLC Desarrollos Comerciales said the Project is “mixed commercial” with one two-story building of 53 stores and a second six-story building for offices, as well as parking spaces.
Sergio Guzmán Gárate, one of the developers assured media the project has obtained all necessary environmental permits and will not impact the Laguna.
The second, a condominium project named Pearl Towers, opened for viewing yesterday. The project under construction is located on the beach side on Av. Sábalo Cerritos close to the Mazagua Water Park and consists of two condo towers of 36 apartments each.
Said Flavio Michael Sánchez of Re/Max real estate responsible for the sale of the condominiums, one, two and three bedroom units are available. Amenities include a multiple use room, gymnasium, spa, green areas and an infinity pool.
