The Sinaloa branch of the Federación de la Cámara Nacional de Comercio advised yesterday that 6,800 businesses have signed up to participate in the annual “Buen Fin” weekend discount sales when customers are offered a 10 to 40 percent discount on merchandise.
Guillermo Rodríguez Romero, head of Canaco, said last year the most purchased articles during the Buen Fin weekend were big screen televisions, cell phones, computer equipment, audio and visual equipment, domestic appliances, linens, clothes and shoes.
Businesses taking part in the discount weekend will display a “Buen Fin” sign at their entrance.
