Rafael López Tovar, superintendent of the CFE-Mazatlán, reminded reporters that the CFE subsidy for residential electric bills ends October 31. He acknowledged, however, that the heat persists.
He said, “”Year-on-year and month against month we see that (electrical) consumption has increased globally and certainly in times of summer when there is a greatest consumption of electricity.”
