Mayor Makes First Change in his Cabinet

Mayor Carlos Felton, having been in office 106 days, made his first change in cabinet members this week following the announcement by Nadia Haydée Vega Olivas of her resignation as head of the Urban Planning and Development department due to personal reasons.
In her stead, Mayor Felton has appointed architect David Fareth Escobar Reynoso.
The appointment was applauded by Galván Pelayo, president of the Mexican Chamber of the Construction Industry, who said Escobar Reynoso has had 30 years experience working in this field and is well respected.
