Bills can be paid at Municipal Hall or several other locations.
Owners can pick up their tax bills at the distribution point closest to their property by showing last year’s paid receipt.
The 11 locations for pickup are:

Tax bills can be paid at Banorte Santander, HSBC, Bancomer, and Scotiabank or on line, at the municipal hall, municipal jail, Jumapam office and the municipal office in the Gran Plaza.
This year 135,000 property tax bills have been issued, said Tapia Parral, who went on to explain there is a ten percent discount on bills paid before the end of February and a 50 percent discount for owners living in their homes, and up to 80 percent for retired pensioners.
